The Challenge

Given its direct selling approach to distribution, the company determined a rewards program to incentivize their internal partners would be imperative to their business model. While they have had a reasonable track record of fostering a competitive and innovative work environment and a sizeable budget to work with, the client did not have a formal rewards program for exclusively incentivizing their top performers.

The Benefits

The implementation of the rewards program was a resounding success, generating transactions worth over PHP 20 million while solely utilizing points earned through the program within 2 years from release. The program and platform were adopted by the company’s UK entity later on. The client was able to realize significant cost savings in operations and skills as they also utilized Barleeblue’s digital operations services.
