Given its direct selling approach to distribution, the company determined a rewards program to incentivize their internal partners would be imperative to their business model. The implementation of the rewards program was a resounding success, generating transactions worth over PHP 20 million while solely utilizing points earned through the program within 2 years from release. The program and platform were adopted by the company’s UK entity later on.
